Description: made from basalt twist yarn
Characteristics: weaved by basalt yarn, whose filament diameter is 5.5μm - 13μm and among them there are plain cloths, twills and satin weave cloths, etc., its coat after-treatment makes it has high-temperature resistant up to 980 ℃, block-fire, no smoke, high insulations and strength etc

Basalt composite bar
Description: A new kind composite bar, whose basalt fiber is used as reinforcing material and combined with sizes as matrix, manufactured by extrusion moldings process
Characteristics: Its weight is only 1/4 to that of steel but its tensile strength is doubled than that of the steel. Nonconductive to electricity and heat, elasticity modulus stable, nonmagnetic, it has high acid proof and alkali resistant, can be formed in various forms. Using it can prolong the life of buildings
